The FP&A Analyst will be accountable and responsible for supporting the financial planning, reporting and analysis needs of the assigned Our Company's operating area(s) in Singapore. This may include a production area (e.g. Biotech), a technical support department (e.g. Quality), an administrative support department (e.g. Human Resource), a site wide process (e.g. Capital Planning), or a combination.

The FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting key FP&A processes such as financial forecasting, reporting as well as other business analyses as required. The objective of this role is to lead the assigned Our Company's operating area’s FP&A processes and deliver financial analyses and information in support of that business that is timely and of high quality.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:_
- Lead the assigned Our Company's operating area’s FP&A processes through collaboration with the FP&A Manager and rest of the FP&A business partners, to ensure all associated FP&A deliverables are successfully achieved by having, acquiring and/ or delivering as follow:

- Develop a good understanding of the assigned Our Company's operating area’s operations and strategic intent
- Develop an understanding of how that Our Company's operating area’s performance impacts and drives the overall performance Our Company's operations in Singapore
- Understand the financials of the assigned Our Company's operating area, in order to provide required analysis on a timely basis
- Analysis of monthly actuals for the assigned Our Company's operating area
- In collaboration with the FP&A Manager and rest of the FP&A business partners, lead the assigned Our Company's operating area’s budget and forecast processes, and deliver its budget and forecast, including related presentations and submissions
- Support ad-hoc FP&A requests as needed
- Engage and collaborate with the rest of the FP&A team to be a high performing team
- Partner with the other FP&A business partners to align on standardized processes and share best practices
- Proactively pursue continuous improvement within the FP&A processes and activities at the site

**WHAT YOU MUST HAVE**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Minimum of 5 years of Finance and Accounting experience required
- Manufacturing and/ or Cost Accounting experience preferred
- Proficient in SAP
- Problem solving and analytical skills with a proactive working style
- Ability to work independently, capable of handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
- Robust problem solving as well as analytical/ critical thinking skillset
- Strong financial and business acumen; knowledge of US and local GAAP preferred
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required
- Ability to synthesize data and create visualizations for executive presentations and summaries
- Strong organizational skills required to coordinate and manage multiple projects
- Excellent written and verbal skills enabling effective communication with all levels of management
- Ability to operate independently and remain focused through change or uncertainty
