**UX / UI Design Lead**

**Purpose**:

- We are looking for UX / UI Design Lead to support the end-to-end redesign of the user interface, with the objective of incorporating the brand story, improving user experience, site navigation, and ease of managing resources through the use of AI for a personalised and dynamic UX journey
- The engagement will begin with a discovery and research phase to evaluate current state heuristics, identify pain points, and synthesise findings into actionable design directions, followed by the development of updated design principles and a mood board to guide the creative direction of the redesign

**Responsibilities**:

- Propose a high-level information architecture, and refine user journeys to ensure intuitive and accessible navigation across the site
- Develop wireframes and clickable prototypes for both desktop and mobile views, with a focus on key flows such as homepage access, feature discovery, and resource engagement
- User testing will be conducted to gather feedback from real users and key stakeholders, and findings from these sessions will inform refinements to the design.
- Deliver high-fidelity UI assets and screen specifications for handover to the frontend development team

**Requirements**:

- Degree / Diploma in Interactive Design, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Product Design or relevant with minimum 7 years of experience of designing websites and/or mobile apps
- Propose design decisions that are desirable for users, viable for the business and feasible technically
- Skilled in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, InVision
- Have a portfolio of digital projects that are in use-
