**Regional CSI Manager - Beverages**:
**Senior Consumer & Sensory Insights Manager for Beverages (APAC) - Your Future Position?**
Are you passionate about understanding why consumers eat and drink, what, how, and when? And how their needs are evolving? Are you excited to work with our innovation and creative teams to understand how consumers experience products, what their sensory expectations are and help translate them to winning solutions? Do you have a healthy business appetite for developing value propositions to help commercialise our product offering together with our marketing teams? Do you have an affinity for the beverages category?
Then the Regional Consumer & Sensory Insights Manager Beverages role might be right for you
You will report to the Regional CSI Head and your main responsibilities include:
- Generate and deliver high-quality Consumer and Sensory Insights and deploy them with impact to help win in the beverages category and grow the business
- Build customer engagement with essential internal & external customers; have a proactive approach to help grow their business and increase win rates by generating informed perspectives that help guide and influence decisions
- Lead the beverages learning journey and ensure that CSI resources for beverages are leveraged against business priorities
- Communicate based on insight and help the business act on insights
- Develop a regional outlook on insights and share similarities and differences within the region to help identify opportunities for scale
- Build competencies and advantaged expertise within CSI
- Help deploy Givaudan's unique CSI related digital tools and capabilities to guide product development and create competitive advantage
- Manage, grow, coach and develop a team of (junior) CSI managers and associates
- Manage external agency relationships to foster value adding and sustainable working partnerships
**Your professional profile includes**:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business/Food Science/Marketing/Engineering
- At least 10 years' experience in Consumer Insights functions in the Food & Beverages industry, FMCG, Ingredients or Fragrances
- Consumer Insights experience is a must, Sensory Insights / Sensory Science experience is an advantage.
- B2B experience and experience in the beverage category is an advantage
- Experience in managing and developing teams
- Experience across a broad range of CSI techniques and approaches
- Collaborative mindset and solid influencing skills
- Innovation and proactive mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven track record to deliver in a complex matrix environment
