Project Engineer, Surface

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of surface wellhead and tree projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and project managers to review project specifications, requirements, and designs.
- Participate in the preparation of engineering documentation, including technical reports, drawings, and project documentation.
- Assist in conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
- Support procurement activities by coordinating with vendors, evaluating technical bids, and ensuring the timely delivery of required equipment and materials.
- Assist in overseeing on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of surface wellhead and tree systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous process optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 - 4 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
- Ability to speak mandarin will be an advantage.
- Strong technical acumen and familiarity with surface wellhead and tree systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to work collaboratively within the team and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites or client locations as required.
