**Finance Lead (SEA)**

**Highlights**:

- You’ll be reporting directly to the Finance Director. As a key member of the management team, you will provide strategic and operational financial leadership.
- 5 days’ work week.
- Remuneration: Up to $8000

**The Challenges**:

- Lead the monthly Finance rhythm of business, ensuring timely and accurate completion of closing, reporting, analysis, and review activities.
- Maintain a high standard of compliance with internal controls, overseeing the preparation of error-free statutory, tax, and management reports.
- Champion process automation and simplification initiatives, enhancing efficiency while upholding corporate governance standards.
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and transfer pricing guidelines, in alignment with relevant legislation and OECD requirements.
- Drive the periodic forecast and annual budget process, effectively capturing and addressing significant risks and opportunities to enhance accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, providing actionable insights into business unit performance, proactively identifying upsides, risks, and necessary actions.
- Support business growth by providing comprehensive business intelligence on customers, product lines, costs, customer credit analysis, and vendor assessments.
- Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders, including Company Secretary, External/Internal Auditors, Bankers, Lawyers, and Tax authorities, to ensure seamless delivery on commitments.
- Serve as a strategic business partner to the General Manager, leveraging insights to offer proactive financial leadership and guidance to business teams.

**What it Takes**:

- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in similar function
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills is required
- Knowledge in Accpac, Sage and Power BI is an added advantage
