We are looking for a **Digital Asset Operations Team Leader **to join our team in Singapore.

**Tasks**
- Support the COO in running the financial services operations and driving change management
- Lead, build and run asset management, brokerage, and custody operations in the evolving field of digital assets
- Define, document, implement and maintain an efficient and effective scalable operational framework
- Ensure continuous quality improvement and process automation of Financial Services Operations
- Define operations user requirements and perform user acceptance testing of new product features
- Drive the implementation and operational handling of new products and services
- Manage a small and effective Operations team that will increasingly assume greater responsibilities as our business grows

**Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university, with track record of outstanding academic performance
- 8+ years of experience in the field of Financial Services Operations with at least 4+ years of managerial experience
- Experienced in the areas of client onboarding, payments, securities trading, and business continuity management in a regulated financial institution
- Experienced in leading change and defining operational process for new business lines
- Experienced in working with and managing BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) partners
- A curious and conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills, results oriented and problem-solving aptitude
- A strong communicator with good stakeholder management skills and able to work independently
- Possess start-up/ strong ownership mindset, and embrace changes
- Good grasp of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Passion and strong interest in or knowledge of crypto currencies and blockchain
- Knowledge of core banking system or asset management system is a plus
