The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager role is to lead development of data architecture to analytics capabilities that enables better & faster decision making in the Coca-Cola System.

The BI Manager will collaborate with business and technology associates to:
1) understand business opportunities

2) develop right analytics products (Visualization/Predictive algorithms)

3) develop & maintain core data infrastructure that holds systems of record

4) re-use and scale analytics assets across different business sectors.

The position will report into the Asia Pacific BI leader and will be a member of the Singapore regional development centre(RDC).

BI manager will also be responsible for the Data & Analytics Team and will serve the entire of Asia Pacific. The mission of the RDC is to leverage the power of data & analytics to identify opportunities to drive growth of the company and enable timely and quality decision making.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead & grow team of highly talented data engineers, data architects in charge of core platform
- Work with Global Platform Engineering team to drive regional implementation of Azure Architecture changes
- Using Agile and Dev/Ops methods, build platform architecture using a variety of sources (on-premise such as SQL Server, cloud IaaS/ PaaS* such as Azure). PaaS Azure is used most often
- Document processes and research, standards, guidelines, and best practices for teams utilizing the solutions.
- Represent the BI team in strategy reviews, leadership briefings, and cross-organization events.

**Job Requirements** - The following is a listing of minimum indicated requirements for this job.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent work experience.

**Related Work Experience**
- 8+ years’ of related professional experience, ideally in the Consumer products industry
- Experience leading technical groups and/or teams
- Proficient skill in of one, or more, of the following data integration/ETL/ELT tools: Azure Data Factory, Data Bricks, Azure Analysis Services, Azure Synapse
- Working knowledge or experience in one, or more, Big Data Technologies such as (Azure SQL DW, BigQuery, Cloudera, CosmosDB, Hortonworks, Hive, HBase, Kafka, Pivotal, Redshift, Spark, Storm, Vertica, Yarn). Strong preference for Azure experience.
- Excellent command of SQL, Python for ELT and DAX; Pyspark or.NET Core is a plus
- Has previously worked with data related to retail sales, eCommerce, digital media and other data sets, commonly used in the CPG industry

**Qualifications**
- Experience leading/working with BI group including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Visualization engineers
- Working knowledge or experience in Dev/Ops
- Ability to manage teams, mentor others and increase the knowledge level in the team
- Comfortable in both a leadership and team-member role
- Very good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Creative problem solver who thrives when presented with a challenge
