**What you will be working on**
- Role & Responsibilities:
You will be part of the Swim Safer Team assisting in the development and delivery of programmes and enhancing the experiential sporting experience to Singaporeans, by innovating, promoting and delivering the programme through the creation of policies and networking with various key partners and stakeholders to leverage on each other’s strength and resources, contributing to a healthy and socially connected nation. Your duties will also include:

- Lead Admin of SwimSafer 2.0 Centralised Assessments Management System (part of Project Morpho)
- Liaise and advise PTD on the MMS matters as well as the future systems’ requirements
- Manage the SwimSafer 2.0 Instructor Course administration and coordination
- Manage the SwimSafer Remediation programme and MOE SwimSafer Programme Student administration and coordination
- Assist with any ad-hoc queries or technical issues faced by stakeholders
- Supporting the team on all other administrative work related to SwimSafer or Aquatics sports related projects

This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle. In addition, you should possess the following:

- University degree holder (Additional qualification in sports development, physical education and/or sports management/sciences is advantageous)
- Experience in programme development / management, preferably in the area of sports / physical activity and/or swimming/aquatics
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and service relationships with partners/stakeholders
- Strong team player with a passion for sport
- Ability to influence, analytical & problem-solving ability, strategic and systemic thinking, judgement & decision-making, attention to detail
- Able to work independently
