**Role Summary**

Our client is seeking an experienced Data Center Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful completion of the upcoming data center relocation project. This role involves coordinating technical teams, managing timelines, and ensuring that all infrastructure components are effectively transitioned to the new location.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines and budgets for the data center relocation project.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives and deliverables.
- Manage and co-ordinate the implementation of APAC Net / iNet and related technology infrastructure environments in accordance with the Bank’s standards.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to address them.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to stay on track.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors to procure necessary services and equipment.
- Oversee the setup of infrastructure components including servers, networking, storage etc.
- Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project progress.
- Prepare the project schedule, define the milestones.Track and report progress, identify and mitigate risks, removing blockers.

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor’s in Information Technology or relevant fields.
- More than 5 years of project management experience, with experience in DC relocation project.
- Proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects.
- Expertise in PMI methodology and possess expert knowledge of ITIL disciplines.
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- Practical experience in managing large scale infrastructure project with knowledge of IT infrastructure, such as servers, storages, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Has a good knowledge of various IT vendors and Telecom providers both domestic and Wholesale in Region, and has experience working with them.
- Effective communication skills to handle comms to teams, management and cross function stakeholders at all levels, and a proven record track record of delivering projects.
- Proficient in problem solving, analytical and project management for large scale project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate a positive, diverse and inclusive attitude that fosters excellent service and Business satisfaction.
- Good team player and relationship builder with excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Self-starter and Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent in English and French would be a plus in order to effectively communicate with English and French-speaking stakeholders. (Plus)
