**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- To support the operations through planning and carrying out its administrative functions of a research Centre
- Centre Administration including Events, Facilities Management
- Procurement Administration
- Periodic asset checking
- Support the Centre administration to ensure a smooth operation of the Centre such as facilities management, monitor lab maintenance, events management, etc
- Collate and review all claims (from research partners) for submission to Finance department.
- Asset checking, Centre yearly audit, and ensure good governance & compliance
- Support talent recruitment to support the various Centre projects.
- Assist new projects creation, funding, and expenditures in the system

**WORKING HOURS**
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.45pm
- Fridays: 8.30am to 5.15pm (with 45 mins - 1 hour lunch breaks)
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma or Degree with 2 years’ experience in a similar setup
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, meticulous and organized personality
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently, and in a team
