Join our team as a Member of Technical Staff (Backend Engineer) and help build the core infrastructure powering our AI-native products. In this role, you’ll design and implement scalable systems, robust APIs, and secure data pipelines that support cutting-edge ML workflows. Your work will be foundational to delivering fast, reliable, and intelligent user experiences.

**As a Member of Technical Staff (Backend Engineer), you will**:

- Architect and build distributed backend systems and APIs
- Design infrastructure that supports high-throughput data and model workflows
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring AI-native products to life
- Optimize performance, reliability, and scalability across services
- Own systems end-to-end—from design and implementation to monitoring and iteration

**You may be a good fit if you have**:

- Experience building backend systems in production environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, API design, and system reliability
- Proficiency in Python and experience working with AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Familiarity with containerization, serverless, or event-driven architectures
- A collaborative and pragmatic approach to solving complex technical problems
- The ability to move quickly in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
