**You will be responsible for**:

- Working with Restaurant Manager to manage all F&B and day-to-day operations to the highest standards.
- Undertaking F&B duties which include taking of food and beverages order, ensuring prompt serving and clearing of food, plates and utensils.
- Ensuring excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
- Coaching and training of service crew.
- Providing a two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with emphasis on teamwork and motivation.
- Identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all customer concerns.
- Reporting to Management regarding Sales results and productivity.
- Ensuring compliance with local authorities’ health and safety regulations.
- Managing Instagram posts to publicizing company promotions
- Validating and consolidating invoices and staff claims for processing
- Learning of Kitchen operations

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of food and beverage service experience
- Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Guest-oriented and service-minded
- Good communication skills

**Experience**:

- F&B: 1 year (preferred)

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
