Qualification: - 4 to 7 years of experience in Testing. Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Job Description / Talent Match:

- 1) Act as test lead and generate test documentation such as test strategy, test report, test planning. Working with team member whenever required
2) Understand and translate requirements, design/functional specifications to define test requirements, and design test cases.
3) Participate in reviews for feature requirements. Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases.
4) Perform analysis and improvement on the existing test cases
5) Debug failures, report and track anomalies Develop test ware, test script and execute firmware functional tests based on established guidelines. Debug failures, report and track anomalies.
6) Report progress to the team lead and manager, escalate issues on time whenever necessary.
7) Perform regression testing whenever necessary.
8) Contribute to test KPI activities by leading the continuous improvement activities

**Requirements**:
1) Hands on experience in Manual testing. Like different types of tests(Hardware test, Firmware test, Software test )
2) Knowledge and expertise in Test Engineering processes (Agile, continuous integration, waterfall) and methods for test case design and test coverage optimization.
3) Knowledge and expertise in test automation tools.
4) Hands on experience in test automation frameworks
5) Programming experience in scripting languages is required (preferably Python).
6) Experience in Ladder Programming is required
8) Good electrical and Test bed design skill/experience good to have.
9) Experience with test lab development and support.
10) Experience with bug/anomaly tracking and triage systems.
11) Good analytical and troubleshooting skills is required.
12) Passionate with testing and curious to explore.
13) Good skills in written communications.
14) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
15) Ability to work in teams or independently, action-oriented and possesses strong drive for results

- Software engineer: 5 years (preferred)
- Manual Test: 5 years (preferred)
- Automation Test: 4 years (preferred)
