**What the role is**
- Project title: Bringing data to life with visualization. Project Overview: The department conducts many surveys throughout the year to collect key labour market indicators. With the large amount of data collected via surveys, there is a need for effective data validation and consistency checks to ensure a certain level of data quality.

**What you will be working on**
- The interns will assist with python code streamlining, survey data exploration, alternative data source exploration and maintenance of dashboards for MRSD’s statistical releases and analysis.

**What we are looking for**
- Python and R Learning Outcomes: - Gain hands-on experience in Python programming and code optimization - Develop proficiency in data analysis and visualization techniques - Acquire skills in handling and processing survey data - Develop ability to explore and evaluate alternative data sources - Enhance problem-solving skills through data exploration - Understand data quality assessment and validation techniques
