**Sales Support & Logistics Officer**

**SUMMARY**:
Our client who is a global player within the motion picture industry, employing over 1,200 staff worldwide is currently looking for a Sales Support & Logistics Officer who will provide full coordination support to customers / partners during the sales process.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
Sales coordination with partners / customers in terms of providing quotations, order processing, following up shipment deliveries and payment.
-Handle inside-sales work though the SAP system.
-Coordinate & communicate with vendors / 3PL logistics service providers to ensure goods are on track and on-time delivery
-Perform daily operations including order processing and logistics fulfilment (shipment, goods receipt, stock-in, stock-out, pick & pack and dispatch)
-Maintain SAP data and information up to date in record
-Work closely with Sales team & Service team to perform forecast planning and keeping optimal inventory
-Adopt continuous improvement and best practices to streamline process flow
-Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

**REQUIREMENTS**:
Diploma in Sales Administration or related discipline
-5 years’ plus of solid experience
-Must be computer literate with detailed working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) required, experience with SAP preferred
-Good team player with strong sense of responsibilities
-Self-motivated, ability to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure with positive attitude
