**The Opportunity**

If so, this exciting opportunity to lead the establishment of a **Finance Shared Services Center**, might be your perfect match

**We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Senior Finance Manager **to spearhead the creation and operation of a shared service center for multiple Asian countries. This is a unique chance to build a high-performing team, streamline financial processes, and contribute significantly to the organization's growth in the region.

**Build and run a Finance Shared Services Center for Asia**:

- Set up and launch the center from scratch, handling all financial tasks like payments, receivables, and record-keeping for several Asian countries.
- Agree on expectations (SLAs) with clients, track performance (KPIs), and ensure accuracy, speed, and compliance with regulations.
- Continuously improve processes, systems, and tax planning.
- Create clear instructions (SOPs) for efficient teamwork.
- Lead a team to deliver high-quality services on time.
- Provide accurate financial information to regional finance managers.
- Manage cash flow effectively to optimize balances and track transactions closely.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a shared services environment.
- Proven track record of leading and building high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in financial accounting, tax planning, and process optimization.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and reporting tools., Netsuite and Cognos.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
