Security Sales Specialist

**About the Role**:
You will be part of the specialist Security Sales team, responsible for delivering the Security Sales targets on a global scale. You will be instrumental in acquiring, growing, and defending profitable business within an agreed set of accounts. Your expertise in security products and solutions will be pivotal in leading sales opportunities to successful closures with internal and external stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop opportunities, selling Security products and propositions to their client base.
- Provide security product/solution expertise to ensure successful sales closure and accurate forecasting using Salesforce and Security Pipeline tool.
- Engage directly with decision-makers, including C-level executives, within new and existing customer base.
- Actively hunt for security opportunities and establish yourself as an expert in Security resell, Managed services, and Cyber portfolio.
- Stay updated on market developments and competition to present the most compelling propositions to meet client needs.
- Foster board-level customer relationships, working closely with customer CISOs to assess board risk appetite and recommend suitable solutions.
- Contribute to transforming how Security works within the Business Unit to sell distinct or integrated Security solutions to customers.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Expert understanding of current security market trends and in-depth knowledge of business sectors where customers operate.
- Experience of working with Government projects is desirable.
- Confidence in presenting adjacent products and closing business contracts.
- Familiarity with the competitor landscape and awareness of their capabilities.
- Ability to translate customer/market needs into compelling propositions.
- Proficiency in engaging with senior-level client stakeholders to understand their technology blueprint and planned technology roadmap.
- Clear knowledge of all propositions and products in the security portfolio, enabling the identification of the most appropriate solutions for clients.
- Experience leading complex security bids and negotiations.
