Castlery is looking for a **Customer Research & Insights Manager** to join our **Commercial **Team***
- Customers are at the heart of Castlery and we are focused on deepening our understanding of the voice of customer. In this role, you will lead our market and customer research efforts and derive insights to help us make better customer-backed decisions. You will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the company in a fast-paced and global team. _

**What you'll be doing**
- Deliver actionable customer and market insights to support company and department-level decision making across our three markets (Australia, United States and Singapore)
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand their business needs, identify research objectives, design and recommend research methodologies.
- Conduct primary research including hypothesis creation, research design (e.g., surveys, interviews, focus groups, recruiting, etc.) and fielding research (in-house or external parties)
- Effectively analyse and incorporate multiple sources of research (primary and secondary) and provide valuable and actionable insights
- Programme manage overall market research initiatives to deliver timely insights
- Instil customer research best practice in Castlery through training and new processes
- Conduct presentations on research findings and recommendations

**What you'll need**
- 5-10 years of experience in consumer research in an agency or in-house research team (in managerial role)
- Experience managing research agencies / platforms will be a plus
- Strong analytical skills to translate research findings into actionable insights
- Great written and verbal communication
- Strong team player able to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Experience in retail or consumer sector will be a plus
- Familiarity with our key markets (Singapore, United States, Australia) will be advantageous
