**What you will do**:
**Main responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate EHSS related trainings for the site, including maintaining and implementation of training plan, monitoring of site EHS training adherence rate, external training co-ordinations and internal training administrations. Assume the role of key business partner with local Learning and Performance team.
- Perform departmental administrative roles in relation to functional procurement activities, including site Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) acquisitions. Oversees program-specific purchasing processes, monitor and report departmental financial performance to functional lead.
- Provide support in the chemical management program by updating approved chemicals and Safety Data Sheets unto the local network database.
- Maintain site EHSS SharePoint/intranet and ensure that documents and materials stay relevant and updated. Manage EHS documentation including SOP/record/form workflow, custodian, retention and obsoletion.
- Assume the role of key departmental data tools SME by resourcing the team in the establishment of digital/automatic data resources to improve the efficiency of EHSS data management Support EHS events/promotional/communication campaigns including logistics, administrations, materials, etc. as part of site safety culture improvement activities.
- Administer EHS audits/inspections with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring that preparation plan and logistics are properly implemented.
- Oversees EHS’ function’s departmental meetings/site calendar/activities/key dates and ensure that these are adequately planned at right intervals following site’s priorities.
- Provide support to ad-hoc EHSS projects assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science or related technological field and 2 years of directly related experience OR
- Associate’s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science or related technological field and 4 years of directly related experience OR
- High School Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering Science or related technological field / GED and 6 years of directly related experience
- 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, biopharmaceutical production and EHS experience preferred.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Outlook, WORD, PowerPoint & Excel and other EHSS platforms
- Experience as a document coordinator
- Being methodical and attentive to detail
- Personal accountability to see issues through to completion
- Proactive/solution orientated approach
- Communicating and presenting effectively
