**Introduction**:
To assist the Engineers to improve and sustain equipment performance and KPI to meet operations goals.

**Your Job**:

- Perform shift duties (12-hour shift or swing shift) to support the running of Production in the Module and ensure equipment readiness and worthiness for production.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration on a timely basis in accordance with preventive maintenance specifications.
- Ensure proper stock level of spares and consumables to achieve high equipment uptime.
- Assist Engineers in the installation and hook-up of new equipment.
- Trouble-shoot equipment-related issues and minimize equipment downtime.
- Ensure proper equipment setup for production runs.
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module.
- Responsible and accountable for complying with and implementing environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) system, policies, procedures, and guidelines that are applicable to your scope of work, thereby maintaining a healthy and safe workplace.

**Other Responsibilities**:

- Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

**Required Qualifications**:

- Education Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related fields
- Years of Experience Minimum 1-year relevant experience in wafer fab environment
- Fluency in English Language - written & verbal
- Physical Capacity Demands - N/A
- Other Essential Attributes
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating or swing shift.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
