Sales Admin Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support to sales team ie prepare quotation, daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, prepare Sales Order etc
- Administrative task such as filing, documentation, follow up on DO etc
- Work closely with other team or external parties.
- Liaison with warehouse and production plant on delivery matters
- To assist in procurement related task ie prepare PO etc
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or GCE ‘A’ Level and above
- At least 3 years’ experience in administrative / coordination role
- Proficient in excel and words.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
