Digital Transformation Program Manager

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

**Job Overview**:

- Identify and documents requirements in the form of customer journeys and user stories - Ability to analyse requirements and comprehend business specifications
- Analyze existing interfaces, functional programs and technical specifications.
- Accountable for cross team reporting to Program Manager, PMO and/or possibly steering committee
- Work with stakeholders on coordination across teams / platforms, ensuring project requirements are understood by the teams and solution meets the requirements.
- Analyze user requirement and engage users from Business functions, Digital Transformation and IT to understand their requirements and functional specification and build test scenarios/ test cases based on the functional specifications
- Assist users in clarifying requirements and defining acceptance criteria for testing of automated systems.
- Provide UAT support and coordination with the UAT testers to ensure successful completion of UAT. Drive the definition of use cases for User Acceptance Test with end users. Coordinate the implementation from a project management perspective
- Handle clarifications and resolve conflicting defects with respect to Functional Specification Document
- Advise business users on product configuration and impact analysis on products setup/change requests
- Effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the program, projects and project management community and with other stakeholders if necessary.
- Communication of tasks, statuses and risks to program sponsors including senior management
- Post project live support, CR, impact analysis and implementation support

**Education and Experience Required**:
**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3-5 years’ experience in Project Management
- Ability to work with demanding environments and tight timelines
- Possess strong problem solving skills
- Possess analytical and technical abilities
- Possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Knowledge of supply chain ( plan, make, source, deliver) domain with proven project delivery track record in in Supply Chain, ERP implementation, API/EDI implementations
