**Senior IT Specialist, Digital Workplace Asia**

You will be part of the Sephora Asia Digital Workplace team that will support and enable business growth in a dynamic and ever-changing environment, drive digital workplace transformation initiative to support up to 4,000 mobile devices and 3,000 Windows/MacOS devices across 11 countries HQ and store. This will be a 2-year contract position.

**Future Workplace Transformation**
- You will work with business stakeholders and IT to understand current system limitations and potential improvement for further enhance Sephora Asia Digital Workplace.
- Continuously re-engineer the Digital Workplace landscape, operating environment and connectivity in order to enhance ease of use, performance, security and improve overall user experience.

**Technology Adoption**
- You have the great opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies related to productivity, collaboration and end point platforms.
- Collaborate with Sephora Europe to transform the current conventional end point technology (such as, Telephony system, Video Conferencing System, Room Booking system, Printer services, etc).
- Review and identify areas for improvement to optimize Digital Workplace platforms and services for system delivery, performance, scalability, resiliency and agility.
- Ensure the solution delivery is aligned with corporate standards.
**IT Operational Efficiency**
- You will act as the Subject Matter Expert to provide level 3 support in technical aspects of the Digital Workplace ecosystem (such as M365 suite, TeamViewer, Okta, etc).
- Manage assets (PC & Software) reporting, provide analytics and maintain software/patch compliance.
- Set up best practice, standardize service offerings, provide support guide and processes for the level 1/level 2 support with the guidance from digital workplace manager.

**Project management**
- Work closely with vendors and implement the chosen digital workplace project.
- Involve in solution design, prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and deployment.
- Deliver the project scope end to end and accountable for project deliverables, ensuring within agree timeline, cost and scope.
**We would love to hear from you if**
- Have a passion for end user computing services from design to implementation
- Have 3+ years of relevant work experience with specialization in end user computing, such as Windows 10, MacOS, and Mobile device management
- Have hands-on experience with OS imaging, scripting, Group Policy, and software distribution for Windows, mobile devices, MacBook, Point of Sales (POS), etc.
- Have experience in driving large scale end-point migration projects
- Have good knowledge of the following:

- MS O365 administration and proficient in MS Exchange online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams support.
- Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services, AD Connect, Windows File Sharing services, Certificate Services
- Mobile Device Management (such as Mobile Iron, Workspace One), End Point device administration, bit-locker, modern authentication.
- Software distribution tools to deploy new software, upgrades or patches, e.g. SCCM, Intune or Ivanti
- Remote support tools, such as TeamViewer, Ivanti LANdesk, Bomgar, etc.
- Online meeting /Collaboration tools, such as Ms Teams, Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, etc.
- Have experience in asset management and license/contract management
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player with a continuous drive to innovate, improve workforce productivity and prove your ability to partner across diverse teams in a highly matrix organization
