Supporting the Directors in administrative matters
- Direct reporting to and supporting the office administration manager
- Front-Desk administration; receiving company guests and phone-call handling
- Assist in tender preparation and its submission
- Provide general administration support including project admin
- Maintaining proper files and documentation
- Assist in managing HR functions in terms of recruitment, orientation, leave, training and off-boarding
- Assist in purchasing office supplies
- Assist in organising corporate events and travel bookings
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
**Requirements**:
- Min a Diploma in Business/ Management Studies
- Min 4 years of relevant administration experience
- Proficient in MS Office - word, excel and powerpoint
- A pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- An organized and meticulous person
- Able to start work within short notice
