SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
1. Minimum of 5 years in a similar role

2. Diploma or above in design or related studies

3. Hospitality experience is highly regarded

4. Fluency in English

5. Detail orientated and ability to stick to deadlines

6. Highly proficient in Autocad, other design software such as photoshop, illustrator, sketch up is a plus

7. Document designs and provide associated drawings that meet project specifications.

8. Immediately available

RESPONSIBILITIES ALSO INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Adjust current drawings and recommend changes based on their understanding and knowledge of the project.

2. Design and draft CAD (computer-aided design) drawings.

3. Follow project schedules.

4. Meet all project specifications and formatting within company principles.

5. Meet project due dates.

6. Work closely with the Operations Director, Senior Designers and Managing Director to make sure that the design is precise. Also to ensure and that contract responsibilities are met.

7. Accountable for the maintenance of the CAD drawing library.

8. Aid in increasing and maintaining quality assurance processes.

9. Prepare presentation materials using AutoCAD graphic software.

10. Attend Coordination meetings with relevant Client consultants, sub-consultants and interpret client specifications.
