- You will work closely with various Project Managers on different projects and assist in delivering the package smoothly in the design phase.
- Incorporates and prepares detail and assembly drawings on Computer Aided Design (CAD) per Designer inputs (rough sketches, 3D or layouts).
- Generates formal drawings with sections, detail views, and auxiliary views. Drawings must contain all information for release to construction.
- Assists in completing projects as assigned, including simple design tasks based on mark-ups and verbal instructions from designers.
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture;
- Proficient in CAD and have a minimum of 7 years’ experience;
- Able to work under pressure and get things done in a fast-paced environment;
- Think outside the box and effective communication skills are essential;
- Graphic design experience would be an advantage;
- Possess software skills including AutoCAD, Sketch-up and MS Office;
- Revit / BIM knowledge is a bonus;
- Responsible, mature, self-motivated, an excellent team player and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
