Scope of Services

1. Prepare ICT Equipment in classes for ICT lessons/ lesson observations.

2. Update and maintain information on school platforms (e.g. website, Google site, etc.).

3. Take photographs and videos during any school event(s) and/or as required by the school.

4. Put together photographs to create videos.

5. Provide ICT support during school events examination days, and other days specified by the school (e.g. Setting up equipment, PA/ AV, etc.).

6. Assist in the stocktaking of assets and consumable items.

7. Support ICT KPs and School Leaders in matters relating to ICT.

8. To assist in any other matters assigned by the ICT Management and School Leaders.

Qualification, Skill & Experience of the Contractor's Personnel

The Personnel shall mínimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:
Preferably should possess at least an IT-related diploma.

At least 1 year experience and proficient in the processes of producing multimedia projects.

Able to communicate reasonably well in English.

Knowledgeable in setting up basic audio-visual equipment.

Has a positive working attitude and pleasant personality.
