**The Role**:
The Principle Sourcer** **plays a key role in our clients’ success by partnering with the client in developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Our client is the market leading player in the pharmaceutical sector. This regional role develops bespoke sourcing strategies, supports 5 countries in the region - with focus to find the best niche mid to senior talent in the market.

**Key Accountabilities**:
What you will do:

- Take full ownership to proactive sourcing to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements
- You will partner and collaborate closely with our client’s TA experts - and have the ability to contribute your feedback to stakeholders, ask questions to elevate service delivery
- You have the desire to make a difference in your given accountabilities and can work in a fast evolving business environment
- Anticipate potential stakeholder issues within own area of expertise, taking action to address, and using judgement to escalate appropriately
- Build proactive pipelining strategies and share insights with recruiters and hiring managers to support strategic decision-making and execution outside of live demand.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experienced Sourcer within RPO, Corporate In-house or agency setting from the pharma, health science, medical device sector will have an advantage
- Solid prior sourcing experience in regional clinical research, commercial, manufacturing, corporate function roles with global brands is highly desirable
- Experience working independently as a self-starter
- You have high EQ and have the ability to be assertive and well skilled to reject unreasonable asks diplomatically
- Agility working in a fast-moving and vibrant setting, and in a highly mobilised team
