**Responsibility**
- Conduct Tenancy design briefing and discussion on tenancy matters to incoming tenants.
- Review Tenants proposal and ensure quality of design and construction meets management's expectations for mall design guidelines.
- Perform site inspection during Tenants fitting-out works to ensure the design is constructed according to approval.
- Provide support and assist with space planning and updating mall drawings.
- Assist in design proposal/presentation for special projects in the mall and follow up with its processes.
- Able to provide Design solutions to tenants & vendors on ad-hoc tasks and spatial needs.
- Ad-Hoc support:

- Support design team duties
- Update & maintain tenancy layout & all mall directories & signage.
- Project & initiatives purposefully designed to improve mall tenancy.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Diploma in Interior Design/ Architecture or NTC III.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in commercial fit-out, store planning, project coordination or interior construction environment is required.
- Good computer skills i.e. AutoCad, Photoshop, Illustrator are required.
- Good numeracy and knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools i.e. Words, Excel, Power-point etc.
- The ability to deal with demands of workload, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills i.e. Both spoken and written.
