Roles & Responsibilities

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Create visually captivating graphics, images, and videos for use in marketing materials, social media posts, website content, and advertisements.
- Design and optimize landing pages, website banners, and other digital assets to enhance user experience and support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's objectives.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics, such as website traffic, social media engagement, and conversion rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and graphic design, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
- Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to execute specific marketing projects or campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.

**Qualifications**
- Relatable certifications in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
- Strong creative and visual design skills, with an eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and analytics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A self-starter with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $3,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
