**Join Visa: A Network Working for Everyone.**
**Job Description**:
Team Summary
Visa recognizes that operating a successful company is about much more than delivering strong returns to shareholders.
We strive to make a positive, and ideally transformative impact on the world, based on the belief that doing well can and should mean doing good, particularly for a global organization like Visa whose business is connecting the world to enable people, businesses, and economies to thrive.
Living true to our purpose to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid, we are focused on helping small and micro businesses (SMB) thrive and local communities become part of the digital economy.
By harnessing our capital, our assets, our products/services, our people, and our knowledge, we are focused on helping set millions of SMBs globally on a path to growth.
We see small and micro businesses as the backbone of the global economy, and our goal is to empower these enterprises, help them transition into this new world, and improve their livelihoods, ultimately creating a ripple effect throughout their communities. Communities throughout the world have faced dramatic transformation in digital access post-COVID, yet there are still challenges in progressing from access to participation in the digital economy.
Our digital financial education and upskilling efforts continue to advance financial inclusion through strengthening the readiness and pathways for communities in Asia Pacific to benefit from the digitization of commerce and services. This is how we seek to achieve inclusive impact. For everyone, everywhere to thrive, our planet has to thrive as well.
Our sustainability initiatives aim to improve Visa’s carbon footprint in our operations and realise our ESG commitments, while uncovering opportunities for digital payments to drive businesses and consumers towards a low carbon economy. As a carbon-neutral company today, we have the opportunity to amplify our impact by advancing solutions to enable others in our network to contribute to sustainability. These efforts build on the strong legacy of impact Visa has created through corporate giving, financial inclusion, financial education and sustainability initiatives. We support broader community needs and humanitarian responses in times of crises, are committed to acting responsibly through environmental, social and governance and our more than 20,000 employees contribute to communities in meaningful ways through volunteering and charitable giving.
The II&S Asia Pacific team directly works with II&S global colleagues and Visa’s Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Corporate Responsibility, and it sets out to facilitate achievement of inclusion, impact and sustainability goals for Visa in Asia Pacific. Closely engaging with all external stakeholders (clients, governments, nonprofits, etc.) and internal teams (functional teams and regional/country offices), the team plays an integral role in how Visa’s social impact and sustainability strategy is implemented in the region.
**What an Analyst, Inclusive Impact & Sustainability does at Visa**:
