**Team Introduction**

Firstly, we focus on the development and implementation of Web/Mobile-based solutions, ensuring the selection of appropriate technologies and creating a scalable and secure architecture. Secondly, we play a pivotal role in shaping the online product offerings by collaborating with stakeholders to understand user needs and translating them into effective experiences. Lastly, from a management perspective, we oversee the overall development process, ensuring efficient project management, resource allocation, and continuous improvement based on analytics and user feedback. Together, these responsibilities contribute to the successful delivery and management of Web/Mobile-based products and services within the Client Arch organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be responsible for overseeing the management of our team and driving future plans. You will play a crucial role in setting strategic direction, optimizing performance, and ensuring successful implementation of architecture initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of architects, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Set clear goals and expectations, aligning the team's efforts with TikTok's overall objectives.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support for the professional development of team members.

Strategic Planning:

- Develop a compelling vision and roadmap for the architecture team, considering industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in architecture, assessing their potential impact on TikTok's future plans.

Project Management:

- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of architecture projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and designers, to integrate architecture initiatives seamlessly.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Performance Optimization:

- Continuously evaluate the performance and scalability of TikTok's architecture, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
- Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance performance, security, and user experience.
- Work closely with infrastructure and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of architectural solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

- Foster strong collaboration and communication between the architecture team and other relevant departments, stakeholders, and teams.
- Serve as a liaison between the architecture team and executive management, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Encourage knowledge sharing, cross-team collaboration, and the adoption of industry standards within the architecture domain.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing and leading architecture teams, with a successful track record of project delivery.
- Strong technical background in technologies, frameworks, and architectures.
- Deep understanding of performance optimization, scalability, security, and user experience principles.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
