Crypto Jobs Job Description Job Title : Backend Software Engineer - TikTok Client Arch Company : TikTok Job Type : Full-time About the Job : TikTok is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join their Mobile Architecture & Infrastructure Team in Singapore. The team is responsible for enhancing the productivity and quality of TikTok's app engineering projects, focusing on infrastructure, app architecture, engineering toolchains, and foundational app services. As part of this team, you will work on building and optimizing backend services that support and enhance the TikTok mobile experience. Responsibilities : Platform Development : Build and manage an R&D management platform to support client-side RDS, focusing on optimizing performance, experience, and architecture of the TikTok app. Core Services Management : Design, implement, and operate core services such as Feature Management Service and Strategy Management Service . Service Optimization : Continuously improve existing services by analyzing performance bottlenecks, addressing weaknesses, and enhancing overall performance and stability. Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : Proficiency in Golang/Python and relevant frameworks. Strong understanding of common components like MySQL , Redis , and MQ . Knowledge of distributed system architecture principles, including service-oriented design, asynchronous operations, high availability, and scalability. Positive and optimistic attitude with strong team communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : Familiarity with client-side technologies such as Android and iOS is a plus. Experience working in a complex, matrix organization involving cross-functional and/or cross-business projects. Excellent communication skills , with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team while delivering large business outcomes.
