As an organization, we are united through trust as one inclusive, diverse team, and we are passionate about helping our colleagues and clients succeed. **What the day will look like** The role is to build a client facing sales and service capability to capture new business growth within the Financial and Insurance Services Industry segment across Asia - Build our Financial and Insurance Services Industry vertical - Develop a sustainable sales and servicing model to support the specific needs of these industries, through: - The development and execution of a specific regionally focused sales plan - Supporting local H&B leaders and sales teams through the acquisition of expatriate and local health solutions - Developing a robust sales and prospecting pipeline across the segments - Ownership and full responsibility for converting those identified prospects into clients and managing an appropriate handover to the relevant client servicing teams - Leading and managing responses to tenders and developing quality presentations as needed, working with the relevant country and regional expertise - Provide strategic account management services to the key clients within the portfolio and maximise retention and cross-solution growth opportunities - Provide thought leadership and market commentary around industry issues and formulate related industry-based community forums - Deliver a range of services including but not limited to: - benefit governance and risk management strategies - Expat benefits placement and design - M&A due diligence and integration projects - Facilitating Aon United activities in the Large Market, Regional and Global segments, including where appropriate the introduction of other Aon solution lines to clients **Skills and experience that will lead to success** - Performing other duties and tasks as reasonably assigned by your Manager and members of the Regional Leadership Team - Contributing, as required, to H&B Asia and GB APAC initiatives and leadership forums - Engaging with all internal country and regional teams to bring the best of Aon to the client, and in particular by working closely with Global Benefits APAC and H&B Asia teams - Maintaining a continual professional development standard through Aon University and any other industry driven licensing (not relevant if not providing client advice) or educational requirements - On-going adherence with the Aon Leadership Model (ALM) behaviours **How we support our colleagues** In addition to our comprehensive benefits package, we encourage a diverse workforce.
