As a licensed postal service operator, the company has wide commercial and postal networks to facilitate clearance and delivery of eCommerce parcels. **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Delivery Operations**:

- Drive and operate a vehicle (Class 3 License required) to perform timely delivery of goods to customers.
- Ensure proper handling and transportation of goods to prevent damage.
- Verify delivery orders with recipients and obtain necessary acknowledgments.

2. **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor and manage stock levels in the warehouse, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts to prevent discrepancies.
- Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and proper storage of incoming shipments.

3. **Warehouse Operations**:

- Prepare goods for dispatch, including picking, packing, and labeling items accurately.
- Ensure all warehouse activities comply with safety and operational guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.

4. **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Update and maintain delivery schedules and warehouse inventory systems.
- Report any operational issues, delivery delays, or inventory discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

5. **Lodgement Management**:

- Assist with the lodgment of goods, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth lodgment processes.

**What You Should Possess**:

- Possess a valid **Class 3 Driving License**with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in **warehouse logistics**or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic warehouse operations.
- Physically fit to handle loading, unloading, and moving of goods.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to meet delivery schedules.
- Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills.
