**Position Overview**

CDG Finance & Technology (FiT) Singapore is looking for a Product Design & Operations Intern to join our team and participate in building and growing the cross-border payment network across the globe. Interested undergraduates / graduates in Business/Finance/Economics/Computer Science or its equivalent disciplines should be able to commit for a **full-time internship for 3 months **mínimally.

**What you will do in your day-to-day life**
- Work closely with local Product Manager to identify potential new product capabilities and coverage expansions across the APAC region to build up Tencent global cross-border payment network in the remittance and payment space
- Coordinate with multiple internal functions including legal and compliance, operations, finance and business development teams to project manage all aspects of product management process, including but not limited to building, documenting, designing new product capability, market research on trends, mapping out flows, launching new product capability and competitor analysis.
- Liaising with bank or channel partners to discuss existing and new business opportunities.
- Conduct country research on various emerging remittance/payments behaviour in key target markets.

**What you will bring into the team**
- Student pursuing Degree/Masters in Business/Finance/Economics/Computer Science or related field, with strong interests in developing a career in FinTech payment space.
- Highly self-driven and passionate about fintech and payments.
- Eagerness to continuously drive process improvement.
- Good time management and being able to prioritize tasks.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to commit 3 Months (Full-time)
