DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationSingaporeThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Responsible for Fleet and Hub Operations performance in Shopee Xpress
- Develop strategies to drive synergy across different hubs in order to meet Operational Service Level Agreement.
- Prepare and follow through Yearly work plan and initiatives that will help to achieve overall Shopee Express business objectives
- Analyze the effectiveness of operations using data points and identify solutions that will help to grow the business.
- Work together with the Operational Excellence Team in driving Quality Assurance and productivity improvement and SOP development.
- Ensure that people initiatives and manpower related policy are carried out and in compliance to existing government legislation.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or relevant disciplines is advantageous
- 7+ years of experience, with at least 5 years of experience in logistics/ supply chain management is mandatory and 2 years in a leadership role
- Have experience in managing big teams and drive collaboration and synergy across different teams
- Able to independently lead operational team on-site, engage in discussions with various internal and external stakeholders
- A self-starter and possess strong business acumen, planning and strategic mindset
- Analytical in examining and identifying relevant information, and translating these insights into clear operational plans
- Keen eye for detail with an exceptionally high bar for accuracy and quality
- Proven fast learner; Able to adapt in an agile environment
- Good communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with stakeholders of all levels
- Hands-on, willing and able to travel across different sites to ensure smooth operations
