We are currently seeking a Recovery Team Lead to join our dynamic and fast-growing organization. As a Recovery Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the collections operations and leading a high-performing team focused on recovery efforts. **Job Highlights**:

- Lead the design and implementation of effective recovery strategies and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive successful recoveries and minimize credit losses.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive recovery strategies and processes to maximize recoveries and minimize credit losses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and align recovery efforts accordingly.
- Utilize data and analytics to identify high-risk accounts and determine appropriate recovery actions.
- Monitor and report on recovery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and optimize recovery efforts.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and creativity within the recovery team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, legal counsel, and vendors to support recovery efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in recovery operations within a bank or financial institution.
- Proven track record of building and leading successful recovery teams.
- Strong knowledge of recovery strategies, regulatory frameworks, and industry best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing recovery processes and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Agile and adaptable, with ability to multi-task and cope well under pressure

**Salary**: $5,500.00 - $6,000.00 per month
