**The Opportunity**

Our Client, a leading property landlord in Singapore, is seeking an experienced **Retail Leasing Manager/Senior Manager **to join their growing team. In this pivotal role, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy, maximizing rental income, and curating a dynamic tenant mix that elevates their properties as premier retail destinations in Singapore and/or overseas projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive leasing strategy to achieve occupancy objectives.
- Source, qualify, and negotiate lease agreements with high-caliber retail tenants.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of retail trends and identify optimal tenant mixes.
- Oversee the leasing process from initial contact to lease execution.
- Foster strong relationships with tenants to ensure their success and long-term tenancy.
- Manage lease renewals and negotiate rent reviews.
- Prepare leasing reports and presentations for senior management.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Education background in Real Estate, Retail or in a similar field.
- Proven track record of success in retail leasing/mixed development with expertise in retail assets, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Landlord side work experience is a great advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore retail landscape and current market trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented individual with a dedication to exceeding targets.
