**Senior Director of Product and Solutions**:
**Job Overview**:
As the **Senior Director of Product and Solutions **, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our B2B SaaS software offerings. You’ll lead a talented team of product managers, engineers, and solution consultants to drive innovation, enhance customer satisfaction, and accelerate revenue growth. Your expertise will be critical in defining and executing our product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Product Strategy and Vision**:Develop and communicate a compelling product vision aligned with the company’s overall strategy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and drive execution.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:Conduct in-depth data analysis and research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences.
Gather insights about customers, competitors, and emerging trends to inform product decisions.
- **Solution Engineering and Innovation**:Lead solution engineering efforts to enhance product capabilities and address customer needs.
Evaluate and design innovative solutions that differentiate our offerings in the market.
- **Product Development and Launch**:Oversee all stages of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases.
Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
- **Pricing and Packaging**:Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to define pricing strategies and packaging options.
Ensure competitive pricing models that maximize value for customers and drive revenue growth.
- **Sales Enablement and Support**:Partner with sales teams to showcase product capabilities and contribute to net-new business wins.
Develop customer-facing content, including case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral.
- **Internal Education and Advocacy**:Work with cross-departmental representatives to create training materials on product offerings.
Advocate for support and product needs, influencing strategic decisions as necessary.
- **Customer Reporting and Insights**:Collaborate with Business Intelligence (BI) teams to improve customer reporting and analytics.
Use data-driven insights to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**:Minimum of 10 years in product management, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- **Industry Knowledge**:Deep understanding of B2B SaaS software, cloud solutions, and digital transformation.
- **Strategic Thinking**:Ability to align product vision with business objectives and drive execution.
- **Analytical Skills**:Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.
- **Communication**:Excellent presentation skills to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- **Collaboration**:Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
