**Roles & Responsibilities**
In this role as **Online to Offline Digital Graduate Trainee** you would work in our Offline to Online ('O2O') team supporting our business's growth in ecommerce and digital platform use, analyze performance of B2B and D2C platforms and scale our B2B innovations within the Coca-Cola system.
2. Specific Responsibilities
You would be expected to:
**Support Strategic Direction**:
- Understand O2O direction, strategy, and execution best practices from the Central O2O organization to drive more efficient utilization in platforms
- Analyze performance of B2B and D2C platforms to determine opportunities to improve user experience and innovate to drive growth
- Collaborate with the B2B team to understand how to scale possible B2B innovations
**Execution**:
B2B (Business to Business):
- Localize suggested O2O B2B & D2C direction, strategy, and execution best practices based on OU-specific scenarios
- Drive OU-specific B2B initiatives—providing visibility, coordination, resourcing, and sufficient investment
- Support platform adoption and solution metrics; manage reporting of required metrics to OU & Central O2O organization
- Support engagement of Bottler system
D2C (Direct to Consumer) Models:
Define expansion for direct to consumer models based on self-serving smart equipment, including review and implementation of smart-vending machines and smart-coolers. Coordinate with platform services innovation in all aspects of connected smart equipment.
- New D2C models: In coordination with the OU & global team, identify, implement, and measure experiments for new D2C models and platforms.
**Governance**
- Communicate with O2O Central Unit to enable visibility and coordination across the groups
- Ensure global B2B strategies are executed and adapted to local market reality, including evaluating local B2B partnerships that drive new revenue streams
- Collect the defined B2B data requirements and methods in conjunction with Platform Services to allow for data to be consolidated and used for tracking results and generating insights
**Functions Integration**
- Work with OU Marketing team to scale B2B & D2C platforms
- Coordinate with Customer & Commercial Services team the OBPPC and RGM strategies to ensure proper channel dynamics
**Data and Financials**
- Responsibility for collecting the data requirements and methods in conjunction with Platform Services to allow for data to be consolidated and used for tracking results and generating insights
- Report on profitability and return on investment for each D2C & B2B platforms to the OU leadership and Central teams
3. Competencies
**Requirements**:
- **
1+ years** of **experience post grad in eCommerce/online marketing related fields**
- Ability to define region priorities based on understanding of local business solutions
- Critical to **understand financials/economics**
- Strong **planning, financial, and collaboration skills**
- Experience in leading teams and managing projects
- Experience working in **cross-functional teams is preferred**
4. Duration of Traineeship Offered: 12 months
