Singapore SCHAEFFLER (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Full time

This position is created to support operational activity to issue purchase order to intercompany plants & 3rd party suppliers, follow up & expedite delivery from intercompany plants & 3rd party suppliers, and continuously improve product delivery lead time from IC/external suppliers to reduce delivery lead time to customers in order to bring in goods to Singapore AKO+Distribution Center to support Automotive Aftermarket Asia Pacific customer orders, in line with the operational and strategic objectives of Schaeffler Group in the region of Asia Pacific.

**Your Key Responsibilities**

Purchasing
- Lead time enquiry & stock availability check from Intercompany supplier for trading products.
- Execute purchasing functions from PR/PO creation and order confirmation to monitoring of stock available to deliver at supplier side
- Work and coordinate closely with IC/external suppliers to ensure efficient supply chain operations at all time to support Automotive Aftermarket (AAM) Asia Pacific (AP) business.
- Review purchase planning and coordinate order changes with IC/External suppliers
- Monitor supplier delivery service level and solve backlog issues with IC/external suppliers.
- Work with finance department about invoicing checking & payment arrangement.
- Support in ad hoc expediting or cancellation.

Inbound Logistic & Warehousing
- Following inbound shipment and monitor the Estimated Time Arrival of the goods.
- Maintain and update inbound shipment report tracking.
- Work with Logistic SEA colleague about actual inbound goods receiving result and close monitoring on GR posting.
- Logistic complaint handling related to inbound shipment like shortage, over shipment, wrong shipment, rusty etc.
- Handling of inbound discrepancy and coordinate with warehouse for box replacement.

Material Master Data Management
- Administration and coordination of intercompany pricing for purchased items.
- Maintain material master in SAP such as Purchasing Info Record, Source List, Quality Info Record, HS code etc.
- Update regularly report on material listing.
- Monitor and update material status in SAP in alignment with material status at supplier plant.

**Your Qualifications**
- Polytechnic or University degree, preferably in SCM/Logistic or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Material Management / Supply Chain / related industry experience.
- Able to work independently and highly goal oriented.
- Team player and excellent communication skills.
- Expert in MS Office (Excel/Access)
- SAP R/3 modules MM
