Prepare and analyse costing for tenders, include sourcing and negotiating price with sub-contractors
- Prepare, compile and submit progress claim in timely manner
- Check & prepare progress payment certificates for all sub-contractors including site valuations with project team
- Contract administration duties including performing cost control, meeting minutes etc
- Assist project team in ensuring sub-contractors work are in line with tender requirements
- Assist project team in procurement duties such as sourcing, selection, comparison, review/verify quantity and unit rates, check Purchase Orders / Invoices etc
- Assist and advise in contractual matters such as request for extension of time (EOT), contractual correspondences, performance bond etc

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,900.00 - $3,700.00 per month
