**Duties and Accountabilities**:

- Provide direct support to the Arbitration team with their legal work including proof reading, checking for consistency within and across agreements and cross-reference checks, preparing document bibles and filings
- Drafting of ancillary document, schedules and exhibits; and
- Support in the process of signing, closing and post-completion support to fee-earners
- Oversee the practice’s development though maintaining databases of client contacts and ongoing live document bibles for clients;
- Assist in the maintenance of practice notes and standard forms
- Responsible for collating billing financial information, conduct research on legal developments or new areas of law relevant to the Group; and assist in the maintenance of practice notes and standard forms
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Strong spoken and written English
- Previous experience in Arbitration at a peer international firm is advantageous
- Degree in Law or Postgraduate Diploma in Law
- High professional standards;
- Hardworking, resilient and committed team player and ability to operate under pressure;
- Excellent drafting skills to assist with preparation of ancillary and first draft documents;
- Ability to research tasks and present findings in a coherent manner;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels;
- Pragmatic, self-motivated, flexible and able to work both in team and individually as required;
- Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required;
- Proficiency in MS Office, ideally experience of iManage/document management systems.
