Singapore GLOBAL SCP MEDICAL SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Job Description**:

- Manage and execute order processing for Group SCP. Responsible for order placement to goods receipt and Invoicing to customers (typically idsMED country entity)
- Support and work closely with the business teams to ensure PO to suppliers are processed in a prompt and efficient manner. Resolve issues arising from Principals and suppliers. Follow up with suppliers on delivery status till cargo ready
- Support and work closely with finance regarding payment arrangements and invoices accountability
- Ensure accuracy of master data creation in system including freight cost, margin computation and monitor regulatory approval in the countries
- Coordinate with Control Tower & 3PL & Freight Forwarders to ensure prompt commitments for delivery to markets
- Validate, consolidate and prepare analytical report for management to be used for KPI monitoring, as well as strategic and decision-making purpose
- Develop and conduct data analytics, reports and monitor key performance metrics to identify improvements potential
- Work closely with Vendor Management Manager on various supply chain enhancement projects
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting manager

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in a quantitative field
- Prior experience of working in a data driven environment
- Familiar with manufacturing, sales & marketing, distribution and logistics operations
- Min 3 years related experience
- Ability to design data analytics modelling, identify patterns and understand data trends
- Experience with BI tools
- Fluent in English, both written and conversations
- Experience in Healthcare industry is an added advantage.
- Ability to develop and manage relationships with third parties/Outsourced service providers.
