Provide legal service for the company in the areas of contractual and commercial dispute resolution, IP litigation, and other compliance and risk mitigation.

**What You Will Do**:

- Dispute Resolution: Employ alternative dispute resolution methods, such as arbitration and mediation, to resolve disputes efficiently and minimize litigation costs.
- Gaming Services Litigation: Handle legal matters related to our gaming services, including enforcement of terms of service and cases related to consumer claims.
- IP Litigation Management: Represent the company in IP disputes. Develop and implement strategies for prosecuting or defending IP litigation.
- Compliance and Regulation: Handle regulatory inquiries and investigation. Advise on legal risks to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations worldwide. Develop risk management strategies to protect the company's interests.
- Advisory Services: Provide strategic legal advice for internal clients regarding legal and regulatory aspects of game development, IP rights, and customer interactions.
- External Counsel Liaison: Manage relationships with external counsel to ensure that litigation and dispute resolution activities are handled in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
- Legal Research: Stay abreast of developments in IP law, gaming laws, and general dispute resolution trends that may impact the company.

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Graduate of a recognized law school, with strong background in litigation and dispute resolution.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in the digital media and gaming industry.
- Demonstrated experience in managing litigation cases from inception through resolution and experience in handling regulatory inquiries and investigation.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills, along with the ability to make solid legal judgments.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- The following, while is not a requirement, will be a plus to have:

- Strong interest in games.
- Familiarity with the US or EU laws.
