We are looking for a passionate and experienced Fault Report Center (FRC) Technical Officer who can work & manage the daily operations of the FRC.

Job Scope & Requirements:
Must be willing to work in rotational NIGHT/ DAY shifts

Willingness to work on Sundays and take off during a week day

Willingness to come back to site to attend any emergency issue regardless of Off day or Non
- duty hours

Willingness to work as a team with fellow technicians

Should be physically fit to cover the vast campuses by walk to conduct daily walkthrough check

Possess minimum Bachelor Degree/ Master Degree in the construction & building engineering with relevant 4 to 5 years of experience

Proficiency in MS Office

Must have basic knowledge in AUTOCAD.

Preferred to have basic safety course certs like CSOC, Work at Height supervisor, Scaffolding Erector, Scaffolding Supervisor, First Aid, CERT.

Well versed in mechanical maintenance and installation in buildings like ACMV, AHU, AHS, fire protection systems, etc.

To attend promptly to all complaint calls received.

All other ad hoc duties as and when directed.

To update the client promptly with corrective maintenance work carried out.

To carry out all maintenance inspection accordingly to the prescribed checklist and schedule. (Example: Chiller plant operation check, perimeter lighting checks, cooling tower checks, BMS reading, Power meter reading, Card reader system check, carpark lighting checks and water meter reading)

To prepare all daily/weekly/monthly reports and submit to the client.

To liaise with vendors for contractor support for renovation work activities.

Participate in all emergency preparedness plan and BCP Exercise.

Immediate respond to all Fire Alarm activation and all system recovery works.

Assist Supervisor/ Engineer in their supervisory and coordination duties.

Observe and comply with site safety, and submit all reports as directed and ensure that works are carried out in a safe and proper manner.
