Position: Fault Reporting Technician Salary: $2,300 – $2,700Sector: Healthcare Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts Job Description We are looking for a Fault Reporting Technician to join our healthcare operations team. The role involves monitoring, coordinating, and responding to facility system alarms and user requests, ensuring smooth and safe operations. Key Responsibilities: Attend to user calls, create work orders, and manage workflow distribution. Assist and report to the FRC Supervisor or Team Leader. Monitor all FRC systems and report the status of alarms, faults, or equipment trips. Handle the issuance and control of keys and Record of Faults (ROFs). Update events, information, and data accurately in records and systems. Respond to emergencies and major incidents promptly. Notify and provide feedback to users and relevant personnel. Operate in 12-hour rotating shifts . Requirements Minimum NTC in a technical discipline. Experience in a technical role, preferably in a control room environment Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
