**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and event planners to understand their vision, requirements, and objectives for each event.
- Develop creative and innovative event concepts and designs that align with the client's goals and target audience.
- Create visually appealing event materials, including invitations, signage, banners, stage setups, and decor elements, using Photoshop and other design tools.
- Design and layout event spaces, considering factors such as aesthetics, flow, and functionality.
- Select appropriate color schemes, lighting, props, and furniture to enhance the event atmosphere and create impactful experiences.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to source and procure event materials, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the production team to oversee the setup and installation of event designs, ensuring they are executed according to the approved concept.
- Provide guidance and support to the event team regarding design elements and visual aesthetics throughout the event planning and execution process.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into event designs.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the client's brand guidelines and ensure the event design aligns with the brand identity.
- Communicate effectively with clients, event planners, and team members to ensure a clear understanding of design requirements and timely delivery of design materials.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Events Designer or similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of successful event designs.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar design software.
- Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design concepts to clients and team members.
- Knowledge of event planning and coordination, including an understanding of event logistics and production processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours as required by event schedules.
