The Senior Specialist, Localisation will own the end-to-end localization process for all global content and collateral and abcam website. You'll develop processes to capture local requirements, evaluate and prioritise requests against potential impact and define the playbook through which content is localized and rolled-out in the smoothest and most efficient way possible. You’ll build close relationships with regional commercial, channel as well as global marketing teams to define the localization approval process, as well as managing the technology and agency relationships required to deliver against both brand and commercial objectives.

R&R
- Build the playbook for how localisation at abcam is done - define and implement a global process to localise global marketing content and collateral
- Capture and prioritise requests for localisation, working through key projects with relevant stakeholders
- Build the localisation engine - onboard and manage external localisation partners, whilst also creating the necessary internal feedback and approval processes for all content
- Optimise processes for both quality and speed, ensuring required velocity of localisation output is achieved
- Project manage the localisation process, building tools and processes that keep key stakeholders informed
- Manage CMS system (website content page) and ensure abcam message are well communication with customers around the world.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree educated in business, marketing or language
- Experience working with both physical and web content
- Experience in defining process and playbooks. Confidence to create from scratch where needed, as well as scaling existing processes
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills - Experience using project management tools and processes
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (essential), additional language desirable
